Emotional and Spiritual Integration - We will look at the emotional work (what you feel in a human, psychological way) and the spiritual work (how you interpret meaning, energy, intuition, or higher perspective around those feelings). One will not override the other, we will not become overly psychological (pathology) or overly spiritual (everything is "energy" and bypassing emotions). Right in the middle is where the work will sit.
